1. Permitted Usage

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your access to and use of the Portraze web-based AI photo generation and enhancement service (the “Service”). By registering for, accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply fully with all terms set out in this AUP.

The Service is designed only for generating professional headshots and portraits from photos you own, and for quality restoration, noise reduction, sharpening and resolution enhancement of existing photos and scanned documents.

• You may upload your own photographs, or old / blurry scans of identity-related documents you own, for image quality restoration only.
• The Service is not intended to alter, rewrite or modify any textual information, ID number, name or date of birth printed on official identity documents.
• All uploaded materials must be owned or lawfully possessed by you, and you must hold the rights necessary to have those images processed.

2. Prohibited Uses (Zero Tolerance)

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following activities:

1. Modifying, altering, forging or rewriting text, ID numbers, names, birth dates or any official data on government-issued identity documents, passports or certificates.
2. Creating non-consensual deepfake, face-swap or impersonation content depicting any person.
3. Generating pornographic, NSFW, violent, gore, hate-speech or harmful minor-related content.
4. Infringing the copyright, portrait rights or privacy rights of any third-party individual or entity.
5. Using the Service for fraud, forgery of official documents or any other unlawful purpose.
6. Attempting to bypass our built-in content-safety filtering mechanisms.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All AI-generated or AI-enhanced outputs are provided for personal reference only. We make no warranty as to the legal validity of AI-processed photos, including identity-related photographs. You bear full and sole legal responsibility for all input images you upload and for the final results generated from them.

4. User Content and Data

You are solely responsible for every image you submit to the Service. We reserve the right to review uploaded content, and to suspend or terminate accounts immediately upon detection of any submission that violates this AUP.

5. Policy Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, restrict feature access, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Where required by applicable law, violations may also be reported to law-enforcement authorities.

6. AUP Revision

We may revise this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

一、允许使用范围

本《可接受使用政策》（下称 AUP）适用于全部使用 Portraze 服务的用户。访问、注册以及使用本网站即代表您同意完整遵守本政策全部条款。

本网站提供基于用户自有照片的 AI 职业形象照生成、人像创作，以及图片画质修复、降噪、清晰度提升、分辨率增强功能。

• 用户仅可以上传本人合法持有的照片，或本人合法持有的老旧、模糊证件扫描件，仅做画质修复；
• 本服务不支持修改、改写、篡改身份证件上面的号码、姓名、出生日期以及任何官方印刷文字；严禁利用本服务变造证件内容。
• 用户上传的全部图片素材，上传人必须具备完整所有权或者合法处理权限。

二、禁止行为（零容忍）

用户不得利用本服务从事以下行为：

1. 修改、变造、伪造身份证、护照等官方证件上的号码、姓名、出生日期以及文字信息；
2. 制作未经本人许可的深度伪造、换脸、冒充他人人像内容；
3. 生成色情、暴力血腥、仇恨言论、侵害未成年人的有害内容；
4. 侵犯第三方肖像权、隐私权、著作权；
5. 利用 AI 处理结果实施证件造假、诈骗以及各类违法活动；
6. 尝试绕过平台内容安全过滤机制。

三、AI 输出免责声明

经过 AI 生成或者 AI 修复之后的图片结果仅可作为个人参考；AI 输出不对该图片的官方法律效力做任何担保。全部上传素材以及 AI 生成输出的法律责任，全部由上传用户自行承担。

四、内容审核与账号处置

我们有权对用户上传的图片进行合规检查；一旦检测到用户违反 AUP 政策，我方有权直接限制功能、暂停或者永久封禁用户账号；涉嫌违法情形将按法律要求移交相关执法机关。

五、政策更新

我方保留修订本 AUP 政策的权利；政策更新之后继续使用本服务即代表接受更新后的条款。
