1. Agreement
By using Portraze ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide only photos of yourself (or of people who have given you explicit permission).
3. The Service
Portraze uses AI to generate professional headshot images from photos you upload. Results are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated images may occasionally contain imperfections.
4. Your content & license
You retain all rights to your photos and generated headshots. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service (generating your headshots and storing them temporarily as described in our Privacy Policy).
5. Acceptable use
- You may not upload photos of other people without their permission.
- You may not use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, defamatory or illegal content.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the Service.
6. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. If your headshots fail to generate due to an error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund. Requests for other refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, brand and software, is owned by Portraze and protected by applicable laws. You may use generated headshots for personal and professional purposes, including job applications, social profiles and marketing materials.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portraze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
