Changes that affect your orders.
Pricing, model changes, data handling and anything else that materially affects a purchase you have already made.
Last updated 1 October 2026
2026-10-01 — Pricing and set sizes changed
Plans changed to 40 photos for $34, 60 for $44 and 100 for $74, all one-time payments. Orders placed before this date are unaffected: you keep whatever set size you paid for.
2026-09-30 — AI tools now require a paid order
Previously some tools ran on a free preview. Since 30 September 2026, every AI tool requires any one paid order to unlock. The only exception is the free daily headshot.
2026-09-30 — Content screening added
Prompts are screened before generation and generated images are screened before they are shown. Requests that break the acceptable use policy are refused and logged.
Ongoing — Upload retention
Uploaded photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Generated photos for guest (unregistered) sessions follow the same schedule, so download what you need.
