Affiliate terms

Affiliate program terms.

The rules for earning commission on Portraze referrals. They exist to keep the programme worth something for everyone in it.

Commission

  • 30% of the order value for every completed sale made through your tracking link, including upgrades from Starter to Professional.
  • Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding taxes and fees.
  • No caps and no tiers to unlock.

Tracking and payouts

  • 90-day cookie — a customer who clicks your link and buys up to three months later still counts.
  • Paid monthly via PayPal, once your balance reaches $50. Balances below that roll over to the next month.
  • Payouts are made to the PayPal address linked to your application.

Reversals

If an order is refunded or charged back, the commission on that order is reversed. If that takes your balance below zero, the negative amount carries forward against future earnings.

What is not allowed

  • No trademark bidding — do not bid on "Portraze" or close misspellings in paid search, and do not use our domain in your ad copy or display URL.
  • No spam — no unsolicited bulk email, no comment or forum spam, no messaging strangers at scale.
  • No fake claims — do not invent results, testimonials, discounts or "official" status. Do not claim the photos are free if they are not.
  • No self-referral — you cannot earn commission on your own purchases.
  • No incentivised clicks — no "click here to get a reward" traffic.
  • No infringement — do not copy our site, logo or photos in a way that suggests you are us.

Content standards

Your site or channel must not contain illegal content, or content that violates our acceptable use policy. If you use Portraze-generated photos in your promotion, they must obviously be illustrative rather than a real client's result.

Approval and termination

Applications are reviewed within 48 hours and we can decline any site for any reason. We may remove an affiliate, withhold or reverse commission, or close an account if these terms are broken. You can leave at any time by emailing us; commission on orders placed before you leave is still paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on critical changes and do not retroactively remove commission already earned.
