How to install it
- Gmail: Settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste the HTML.
- Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures; paste into a new signature.
- Apple Mail: paste into the signature box, then re-select it in each account.
Most clients strip external images by default — if your headshot does not appear for recipients, that is the client's image blocking, not the signature.
